Sessions are person centred and aim to focus on evidence-based strategies tailored to work on an individual’s goals. Standard sessions are 50 min.





 

Is offered for those individuals interested in improving their relationship. Having the support of a therapist can be invaluable in facilitating difficult discussion, rebuilding safety and trust in the relationship, working through decisions, or repairing ruptures.

Is available for the assessment and treatment of mental health problems in young people. Counselling and support through major life transitions and challenges typically faced by the youth can prevent further complications later in life.

Child & Adolescent 

Counselling

A range of group therapy programs will be coming soon targeting areas such as applied positive psychology, parenting, social skills training, mindfulness and emotion regulation.

Specific reports are available on request with practical recommendations to support individuals in their different environments such as home, school, workplace or the wider community.​
 

Assistance in completing Centrelink and NDIS applications can also be obtained. Our practitioners can provide letters of diagnosis and other supporting evidence for eligibility assessments.
